When I worked at t:m interactive, the agency was a very successful but fairly unknown interactive shop as the interactive arm of Temerlin McClain advertising. We knew we needed to get our name into the market, so I was asked to create a completely unique site based on a compelling concept and not just the boring portfolio site that everyone had seen repeatedly for interactive agencies.

SITE CONCEPT
What if a consumer’s time was a real product?
The concept for the site was that at the end of the day, our advertising was selling time with consumers for the brands we worked for. So what if you were able to buy Customer Time like a product you would buy in any retail store? The concept for the site came from that idea, and the site was created as if it was the microsite, packaging, and instruction manual for how to use Consumer Time.
How to use consumer time
I developed and design everything to bring this concept to life including the packing design for the Customer Time box and the site that was created as the instruction manual for how to correctly install customer time with customers. I designed and coded the entire site in Flash, making it as interactive as possible with a lot of animation that brought the content and infographics to life. We also turned the packaging design into real boxes which we used for new business presentations and for client meetings. The concept was a huge success that nearly doubled our RFP requests and won several major design awards.
